Terms of Service

In The Pros is operated by Bixler Technology Enterprises LLC ("we," "us"). These terms apply whenever you use the In The Pros app or website (together, the "Service"), including purchasing a Season Pass. By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

What the Service is

In The Pros tracks where a chosen college's football alumni are currently playing in the NFL — stats, AI-generated recaps, and a "Game Day" mode. It's an independent fan resource, not an official product of the NCAA, the NFL, any NFL team, or any college or university. College and team names, logos, and marks shown in the app belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and commentary, not to imply endorsement or affiliation.

Accounts

• You need an account (via our authentication provider, Clerk) to use most of the Service. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for activity that happens under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. See our Privacy Policy for more on this.
• You can delete your account at any time from within the app.

Purchases — Season Pass

• A Season Pass (or Season Pass Bundle) is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It doesn't auto-renew and won't charge you again on its own.
• A Season Pass unlocks full access to one college's data for one NFL season. A Season Pass Bundle unlocks full access to three selected colleges for one designated NFL season, at a discount to buying them individually.
• Prices are shown at checkout before you pay and may change over time — a change never affects a Season Pass you've already purchased.
• Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed and processed by Apple or Google and are subject to their own refund policies and terms — see Apple's or Google's support pages to request one.
• Purchases made directly on the web are processed by our payments provider, RevenueCat, and Stripe. Because a Season Pass unlocks digital content immediately, web purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted — but if something went wrong (a duplicate charge, a purchase that never unlocked correctly), contact us at support@inthepros.app and we'll make it right.

AI-generated content

Recaps, summaries, and season wrap-ups in the app are generated by AI from real statistical data. We work to keep them accurate and grounded in real events, but they're generated text, not official reporting — treat them as a fun summary, not a verified record.

Acceptable use

Use the Service for its intended purpose as a fan. Don't try to disrupt it, scrape or resell its data, misuse another person's account, or use it in any way that violates applicable law.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." Stats and data come from third-party sources and, while we work to keep them accurate, we don't guarantee they're always complete or error-free. To the extent allowed by law, Bixler Technology Enterprises LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service; our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to the Service or these terms

We may update the Service or these terms as the product evolves. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do — continued use after a change means you accept the update.

Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for use that violates these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
