Privacy Policy

Updated August 3, 2026

In The Pros tracks NFL players by the college they played for. This policy is described here plainly rather than in dense legal boilerplate — we'd rather you actually read it.

What we collect

Only what you choose to give us, plus the minimum needed to run accounts, sign-in, and basic product analytics. No advertising SDKs, no ad tracking, no selling or sharing data with advertisers.

We don't collect location, contacts, photos, or camera access, and we don't use advertising SDKs or ad tracking.

How we use it

We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with advertisers.

Where it's stored

Account and sign-in data is held by Clerk, our authentication provider. Purchase history is held by RevenueCat, our payments provider. Basic product analytics is held by PostHog. Notification preferences are held by Supabase, our database provider. Email digests are sent through Resend. Feedback submissions go directly to Google Forms/Sheets. Each of these is a processor holding data on our behalf, not infrastructure we run ourselves.

Your choices

Children's privacy

In The Pros isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

We'll update this page as the product changes. Check back if you want the latest version.

Note: this is a solid, honest description of what the app actually does, but hasn't had a real legal review — worth getting one, especially now that real purchases are live.
